Are Neuronic devices covered by insurance?

Our devices are not classified as medical devices for insurance reimbursement purposes, and therefore are not currently eligible for standard insurance coverage.

Can I Use HSA or FSA Funds?

Yes. Neuronic devices are eligible for purchase using HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds through TrueMed, which is available as a payment option at checkout. More details can be found on HSA/FSA here.

If you plan to use HSA/FSA funds, select the TrueMed option during checkout to verify eligibility.

Can I Seek Reimbursement Independently?

If you wish to pursue reimbursement independently, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about:

Wellness allowances

Out-of-network reimbursements

Exceptions or flexible health spending benefits

Coverage policies vary by provider and plan.

Summary

Neuronic devices are not covered by traditional insurance reimbursement, but they may be purchased using HSA or FSA funds through TrueMed. Customers seeking reimbursement should consult their insurance provider directly.
