How does using my HSA/FSA save me money?
HSA/FSA accounts were created so individuals could use pre-tax money to pay for expenses used to treat, mitigate, or prevent a diagnosed medical condition.
Because HSA/FSAs use pre-tax money, youโre getting more purchasing power for your dollars. Rather than pay taxes on income and then spend it on health items, qualified customers can use pre-tax funds to invest in root cause interventions.
Who is Truemed?
At Truemed, we believe that investing in your health is far more valuable than waiting to spend on sickness. By unlocking pre-tax HSA/FSA spend on research backed interventions such as fitness, supplements, and health technology, we're shifting healthcare spend toward true medicine.

FAQ
What are FSA and HSA accounts?
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are special savings accounts that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified health-related expenses such as medical equipment, therapies, and wellness devices.
How does using my HSA/FSA account save me money?
HSA and FSA funds are tax-free, meaning you can save up to 30% on your Neuronic device by using pre-tax income. Itโs a simple way to make your investment in brain wellness more affordable.
Can I use my HSA/FSA at Neuronic?
Absolutely. You can pay with any major credit card and then submit your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Can I use my regular credit card at checkout?
Absolutely. You can pay with any major credit card and then submit your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity, and how is this compliant?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a signed note from your healthcare provider stating that your Neuronic device is recommended for a specific condition. It's required by most HSA/FSA administrators to confirm eligibility.
Are there fees associated with using Truemed's services?
If you complete your HSA/FSA purchase through our partner Truemed, the telehealth evaluation and LMN processing are handled directly by them. Fees, if any, will be shown before you confirm your request.
When should I use my FSA/HSA dollars?
FSA funds usually expire at the end of the plan year (December 31st), while HSA funds roll over for a period of time. If you have unused funds, it's smart to use them toward eligible wellness purchases before the year ends.
How long does it take to receive my Letter of Medical Necessity?
Most users receive their LMN from Truemed within 1โ2 business days after completing the short online evaluation.
I don't have an HSA/FSA. Can I still benefit from Truemed?
Yes. Truemed can still provide a Letter of Medical Necessity, which you may use for future tax deductions or health expense reimbursement programs.
I don't live in the US. Can I still get reimbursed with Truemed?
Currently, Truemed's HSA/FSA process is only available for US-based customers with US-issued HSA or FSA accounts. International customers can still purchase Neuronic devices using standard payment methods.
