Refund Policy & Warranty

1. Refund Policy (90-Day Returns)

Customers may request a return within 90 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Orders paid using financing or installment payment methods (e.g. Klarna, PayPal Credit, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Devices discounted for research or purchased as part of bulk orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Truemed payments are eligible for a maximum refund of 80%.
  • This return policy applies only to the first device purchased via neuronic.online.
  • Additional devices are not eligible for refund.

If multiple devices are purchased in a single order, only the first device is eligible for refund (maximum 80%), regardless of region.

Refund Amounts

  • 100% refund: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union
  • 80% refund: All other countries

Return Conditions

  • Devices must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Devices must be in good condition, with no major wear and tear.
  • Refunds are issued only after the device has been received and inspected.
  • Return Shipping & Timeframe
  • Once a return is approved and a return label or instructions are provided, the device must be shipped within 30 days.
  • Returns that are not shipped within 30 days of approval will be considered expired and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union:

  • Neuronic will provide return shipping instructions.

All Other Countries:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the original shipping origin.

Consultations & Digital Products

  • Consultation packages ($795 for 3 sessions or $265 per session*) are refundable at 80% for unused sessions within the 90-day period.
  • Masterclasses and other digital educational products are non-refundable once purchased.

2. Neuronic Device Warranty (12-Month Coverage)

Devices purchased on Neuronic’s website are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

Coverage includes:

  • Faulty materials or workmanship — Neuronic will repair or replace at its discretion at no charge.

Exclusions:

  • Misuse, abuse, improper handling
  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquids)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage)
  • Damage from failure to follow instructions

Warranty process:

  • Contact customer support via Support Form (/support)
  • Undergo troubleshooting and provide photos and/or videos of the reported issue
  • If fault confirmed, return device for repair/replacement (no charge for USA/EU)
  • Paid repair services are available for issues not covered by warranty.

3. Neuronic CARE Extended Warranty & Damage Coverage

Neuronic CARE is an extended warranty and accidental damage protection plan, purchasable within 30 days of device delivery.

Refunds & CARE

If a customer returns their device within the 90-day return period and had purchased CARE:

  • The CARE fee is 80% refundable.
  • 20% is retained to cover administrative and activation costs.

Damaged or Destroyed Devices

If the device is damaged or destroyed during the 90-day window:

  • The right to return for a refund is voided.
  • CARE remains valid — customers may still file a claim for repair or replacement under CARE.

CARE After Return Period

Once the 90-day return window passes and the device is kept, CARE is non-refundable and fully active.

If the device is returned, the CARE plan is automatically terminated.

Clarification

CARE is a warranty extension and damage protection plan, not an insurance product.

4. Jurisdiction

This policy, including both refund and CARE, is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
