Neuronic App Privacy Policy

The app is a companion software for your PBM helmet. The device can be used without the app.

What we collect

Mandatory profile data for registration:

Full name, email address, password, date of birth (DOB), gender

Optional data entered voluntarily:

Goals, conditions, and wellbeing surveys

All data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services and processed in parts using Google Firebase for telemetry and stability insights.

How we use data

We only use personal profile data to:

• Secure your account
• Enable syncing and custom protocol storage
• Provide support

We use de-identified aggregated data to:

• Improve PBM protocol outcomes
• Advance research into photobiomodulation
• Publish general insights that cannot be traced back to any individual

Sharing principles

We never sell personal or health data. We do not share identifiable information.

We may share only anonymized aggregated insights with:

• Universities advancing PBM science
• Scientific collaborators
• Clinicians if you explicitly choose to share results
• Regulatory authorities if required by law in rare legal retention cases (for example after valid legal requests or security incident investigations)

Aggregated means: combined statistical patterns without identifiers.

Your control

You can:

• View your stored personal data inside the app
• Request data access via Neuronic Support
• Delete your account anytime via Settings → Account → Remove Account & Data
• Choose or decline research participation for optional health/session inputs at registration
• Update or withdraw your consent anytime in Settings → Account (applies to future data only, not to past irreversibly anonymized aggregates)

Minors and children

The app is intended for adult users 18+.

Adults may create and manage accounts for minors only if they have legal authority and consent.

If we learn that a child registered independently without verified adult consent we remove the account and all linked personal and health data.

Security standards

We apply:

• State of the art encryption
• Restricted system access
• Cloud level security monitoring
• Telemetry auditing via Firebase
• Secure scalable storage on AWS

Service notice

The app is currently free. Features may evolve, change or include paid options in the future. Data is retained only while your account exists or if legally required in rare lawful request scenarios.
