My device is broken, how do I get it repaired?

Neuronic devices are covered by a one-year warranty for device deficiencies or faulty materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage. You can read the full warranty policy here.

If your device is not working properly, we recommend first:

  • Checking all connections
  • Unplugging the device and reconnecting it

If the issue persists, please create a support ticket on our website here. When submitting your ticket, include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos and/or videos showing the problem

Providing detailed information helps our team identify common issues and continuously improve our devices. Once your ticket is submitted, a member of the Neuronic team will contact you to help resolve the issue.

If the issue or damage is not covered under warranty, we still encourage you to reach out. In these cases, we are often able to replace the broken part for the cost of the part, rather than requiring a full device replacement.
