What is your return & refund policy?

Device returns

Customers may request a return within 90 days of purchase.

This policy applies only to the first device purchased through Neuronic

Additional devices are not eligible for refund

If multiple devices are ordered, only the first device is refundable at 80%, regardless of region

Devices discounted for research purposes, purchased with financing, or bought as bulk orders are not eligible for any refund

Refund amounts

100% refund: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union

80% refund: All other countries

Returned devices must be sent back in original packaging, include all accessories, and be in good condition with no major wear or damage. Refunds are processed after the device has been received and inspected.

Return shipping

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union: Return shipping instructions will be provided by Neuronic

All other countries: Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer and sent to the original shipping origin

Consultations & digital products

Consultation packages are refundable at 80% for unused sessions within the 90-day period

Masterclasses and other digital educational products are non-refundable once purchased
