Neuronic at Crankworx Whistler: Showcasing Brain Health on the World Stage

Mountain landscape with forested valleys and cloudy sky, overlaid with "CRANKWORX" and "2025" text

The Crankworx Whistler 2025 event was once again a display of athleticism, talent, and courage. Riders from around the globe converged in Whistler, Canadato push the limits of whatโ€™s possible on two wheels, with jaw-dropping flips, technical tricks, and world-class jumps captivating the crowd.

Amidst the high-adrenaline performances, Neuronic was proud to showcase its technology at the Garibaldi Performance Center, alongside partners NeuroCatch and Shiftwave. Using NeuroCatchโ€™s Brain Vital Signs platform, athletes had the rare opportunity to see what they felt after a Neuronic session: sharper focus, faster processing, and improved mental clarity. In fact, just a 10-minute session produced measurable increases of 50ms+ in cognitive processing speed and noticeable gains in attention.

Neuronic co-founder Liam Pingree and Balraj Dhillon, co-founder of Brainnovation, also sat down with professional rider Dakotah Norton for an in-depth conversation on concussions, recovery, and the importance of prioritizing brain health in high-risk sports. Having personally experienced concussions and supported a partner through recovery, Dakotah openly emphasized the need for awareness and solutions that help athletes across sports protect and sustain their neurological health.

Weโ€™re grateful to the Garibaldi Performance Center, our partners, and the many athletes who visited us to learn more, get their brains scanned, and experience photobiomodulation firsthand. It was an inspiring weekend of performance, science, and community, Canadian weather and all.
