Neuronic Care extends your device warranty with dedicated service and support from the team that knows your helmet best. Incident protection lasts 3 years starting from the date your goods are received, including time spent in customs.

What happens if my device is damaged?

You're eligible for service with a flat $99* fee for accidental damage if you have Neuronic Care.

Can I buy Neuronic Care later?

Yes, you can purchase Neuronic Care within 30 days of your original helmet order.

Can I use Neuronic Care for more than one device?

Neuronic Care only covers the device with which it's purchased. Each device requires its own plan Neuronic Care package.

Does Neuronic Care cover repairs outside the US/EU/UK/Canada?

Neuronic Care support is only available in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada at this time.
