What is Neuronic's warranty coverage?

All Neuronic devices purchased through Neuronic.online include a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

Standard 12-Month Device Warranty

What’s covered

The standard warranty covers:

  • Faulty materials or workmanship
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Neuronic will repair or replace the device at no charge, at our discretion

What’s not covered

The standard warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage (including drops, impacts, or liquid exposure)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by not following usage instructions

How the Warranty Process Works

If you believe your device may be covered under warranty:

  1. Submit a request through the Support Form
  2. Complete basic troubleshooting and provide photos and/or videos of the issue
  3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, our team will guide you through the return process for repair or replacement

Return shipping is covered for eligible regions, such as the USA and EU.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, paid repair services may still be available.

Neuronic CARE – Extended Warranty & Damage Protection

Neuronic CARE is an optional extended warranty and accidental damage protection plan, available for purchase within 30 days of device delivery.

What CARE covers

  • Extends warranty protection beyond the standard 12 months
  • Covers accidental damage not included in the standard warranty

Refunds & Neuronic CARE

If a device is returned within the 90-day return window and CARE was purchased:

  • 80% of the CARE fee is refundable
  • 20% is retained to cover administrative and activation costs

If a device is damaged or destroyed within the 90-day period:

  • The return-for-refund option is voided
  • CARE coverage remains active and may be used for repair or replacement

Once the 90-day return period has passed:

  • CARE becomes non-refundable
  • If the device is later returned, the CARE plan is automatically terminated
